....it is so ridiculous and stupid how everyone all of a sudden loves someone as soon as they die, I never heard one person mention DJ AM's name beyond who he was dating, his plane crash (which he ALMOST died, which is why we heard about it) and his one scene in entourage until today. I didn't know dying was so cool and popular maybe I will try it...

I think it would be more likely that a master race of raccoons rise up from the woods and imprison us all as their slaves and within 2 years we are all hailing "King Rat"(ps this is a link to the new Heath Ledger directed Modest Mouse music video) and Heath Ledger comes back from the dead and is saved by aliens so he doesn't have to become a slave and can live the rest of his life directing music videos for DJ aliens on Jupiter. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Christian Bale and JCVD eventually all suit up as hard core, gun toting, ripped super heroes who defeat the master race and save us all from slavery except the seniors who were all put in a spaceship and sent to the moon.

Rough outline of my Lollapalooza weekend schedule

After much thinking and listening and drinking... this is what I think to be a fairly good agenda of bands for the weekend of Lollapalooza, hoping to see a full 6-8 acts a day and maybe some after shows...doubtful on the after shows though. Will post mega reviews and pics etc etc after the weekend, if I survive...anyways, time spent at work and not working is time well spent!
